The genesis of the project

Our project was born out of an observation with my partner in life who, having curly hair, was constantly stopped in the street by people asking him what type of treatment he used. When he explained that the products were Brazilian-made with natural essences, not tested on animals and certified vegan, people asked where they could get these treatments. We set out to find out more about the needs of people with CFB hair and soon realised that there was a lot of demand for specific products and very little supply. Motivated by my long experience in sales and my desire to satisfy my customers as well as Julio's user experience, the idea was born to create Echo Brasil.

Our core values

We have defined a guideline that corresponds to our core values: natural products without colouring agents, not tested on animals and vegan. We distribute our products through supermarkets in order to reach the end customer. We are proud to work with companies that respect people and the environment.

We carried out a customer survey on a panel of 300 people with questions about current customer satisfaction in terms of choice and quality. The results showed that there were too few products aimed at BFC customers. 

Echo Brasil was born.
