We have defined a guideline that corresponds to our core values: natural products without colouring agents, not tested on animals and vegan. We distribute our products through supermarkets in order to reach the end customer. We are proud to work with companies that respect people and the environment.
We carried out a customer survey on a panel of 300 people with questions about current customer satisfaction in terms of choice and quality. The results showed that there were too few products aimed at BFC customers.
Echo Brasil was born.
